3 cups raw potatoes, diced
3/4 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
5 cups milk
5 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Cook potatoes, onions, and celery in just enough water to cover.
Scald milk and add potato mixture along with butter, salt, and pepper. Bring back to a boil. Garnish with parsley.
